We partner with hundreds of hotels of all shapes and sizes, up and down the country to suit all budgets. And if you need a LongerStay in a location we don’t have a partner property, we will put the leg work in and source the best options for you.
All the hotels we partner with are clean, friendly with good wi-fi, ranging from 2-5 star. We will be honest with you about the type of accommodation we recommend, including the good bits and not so good bits if they have any.
Yes, all payment is done directly with the Hotel. LongerStays will never ask you for payment.
Once you are ready to confirm your booking, the hotel will send you the confirmation just like any other hotel guest. Make sure you understand the terms of the hotel booking including cancellation policies.
Each Hotel has their own cancellation policy. Please contact them directly if you need to cancel or amend your booking.
This depends on the hotel and what is included within your booking.
Some of our partner hotels do but not all of them. If this is a requirement just let us know and we will suggest the most relevant hotels for you.
